This valve is used for power plant boilers, pressure containers, pressure and temperature reducing device and other facilities. It serves to prevent the pressure exceeding the highest allowable pres-sure value and ensure the safety of the device when working.

And the distance between the electric contact pressure meter and the inlet pipe of the main safety valve shall be no less than 5 times of the diameter of the inlet pipe, for feat that the validity of the mater and the impulse safety valve may be affected by the steam releasing process of the main safety valve.

GA49H-16C style DN40/50 impulse safety valve also can call lever safety valve, mainly used in the power-station boiler and steam pressure pipeline. This valve can be used singly or assorted using. Materials for main parts
F2-250/400 main safety valve is assorted with the impulse safety valve GA49H-16C DN40/50. They are in the pipeline for steam turbine in power station. When the pressure inside the pipeline is higher than the allowed value, the impulse safety valve will open at first, and than the main safety valve will open; when the pressure decrease to the security value, the impulse valve close, and then the main safety valve close at the same time, to protect the pipeline and steam turbine.
The working temperature is 425℃ or less.
This device is used for power plant boilers with steam conditions as: P=10Mpa; t=540℃. Its main function is to avoid the medium pressure inside the boiler exceeding the allowable value to ensure that the boiler run safely.
Main safety valve structure briefing & installation instructionTop of page1,The structure of the valve is of double exhaust and both of its ends are connected with flange. It is mainly consisted of body, connecting pipe, cushion container, piston chamber, disc, valve stem and other parts.
